The same way a doctor prescribes medicine, Exercise Physiologists Prescribe a Treatment plan utilising exercise & lifestyle modifications that suit you.

While personal trainers focus on general fitness, Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified health professionals trained to work with complex medical conditions and rehabilitation needs.



Personal Trainers may help with general health & fitness training. Although if you have any niggles, joint aches or pain, or have a chronic health condition you will need to see an Exercise Physiologist.

We can assist with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, chronic pain, neurological disorders, and injury recovery. As well as general health & well being.

No — our programs are designed for all fitness levels. We meet you where you are and progress safely at your own pace.

No referral is needed — a referral is only required if you’re accessing Exercise Physiology under Medicare, DVA, or WorkCover. Otherwise, you can book directly.

Results vary depending on your goals and health condition, but most clients start to notice improvements in strength, mobility, and energy within a few weeks.

Yes — we can design a safe, sustainable program that supports healthy weight loss while improving overall health and wellbeing.

Yes — we can deliver Exercise Physiology sessions in your home, aged care facility, or community space.

Yes — we provide tailored Exercise Physiology sessions for children/paediatric clients.
