I am dedicated to helping people improve their health, wellbeing, and confidence through exercise and education.
I am driven to help individuals manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease, and I am equally passionate about supporting those recovering from injury to safely return to work, sport, and the activities they love.
Before joining Enhanced Movement, I worked as a sports trainer for local football, rugby, and basketball teams, where I gained valuable experience in the acute management of injuries and pain.
In future, I’m looking forward to specialising in the elite sporting, field, particular injury prevention + rehab, and performance management.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach and exploring new cafés—especially discovering unique coffee blends. I also love playing football with my mates and value the sense of community and connection that comes with the sport.
