I highly recommend Sam Bombardieri @ Enhanced Movement Exercise Physiology. I had a recurring issue with my lower back due to poor lifting technique at the gym. After a week of pain/limited movement & no improvement after seeing a physio I went to see Sam instead. He didn’t just treat the injury but also provided a comprehensive exercise plan to prevent future issues. My back pain is now gone, and I have a solid action plan moving forward. Thanks Sam!

I highly recommend Enhanced Movement for people experiencing physical or mental health issues. I have severe PTSD and was agoraphobic (wouldn't leave the house) but wanted to reconnect with exercising but didn't have the motivation or knew where to start.AT EM I quickly felt comfortable in their private clinic and with Joel my exercise physiologist who was very understanding and caring in concern to my mental health challenges. I went from feeling very physically and mentally weak to getting back to lifting weights and feeling strong and happier again.Sometimes the step to better mental health is to start moving your body again, in a safe and supportive environment, that's what happened for me. After having a history of falling my care providers recommend I try an exercise physiologist and it was the best thing over done. Joel has been coming to me for 10 Weeks now and I have noticed a vast improvement in my balance and have not fallen since. I'm still to gain confidence going up and down stairs but I know with continued practice that will come right . Can definitely recommend this company.

I would recommend EMEP to anyone who has difficulty with walking or other physical problems. My Physiologist is Joel who has worked with me improving and strengthening my muscles to help me with my walking and everyday life. I was classified as a paraplegic 3 years ago due to scar tissue pressing on my leg nerves. With physio, and rehab I learnt to stand and step. Joel has strengthened me and I can walk with a walking stick and small distances without an aid. I may have around 50 persent feeling from waist down. Joel is a easy going person and has a bit of a laugh with me when I find things a bit difficult when I am learning new exercises, and he always encourages me to push on. Thanking everyone for letting me tell my story and how EMEP has and still is helping me become stronger and a more able bodied person. Love Jill Brain. I am 76 years old. I had a back injury that came back once or twice a year for over 10 years and my approach to dealing with it has always been reactive. Sam helped me take a proactive approach and taught me exercises and gave me a program to get to a point where I could confidently do weight training again. I feel quite comfortable doing deadlifts and squats for the first time in many years. Very happy with everything that has led to this point and for Sam's expertise and support.

Both the young men who’ve come to help me at home with my mobility ,are delightful. Always pleasant & willing to help. Sam & I have some great discussions while he’s here..maybe to distract me from what I’m doing and Joel who looks way too young but is fully qualified is also very kind & helpful. He speaks so well & is very patient & articulate with demonstrations for my exercises..They both display a level of knowledge & understanding of my physical difficulties that they have yet to feel themselves & show consistent professionalism & compassion as I struggle to keep up with their expectations, with just enough of a little push to improve.I can’t recommend this service highly enough. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone. I first met Sam at Insports at Browns Plains, he set up a programme for me and changed me from a 61 yr old lady who was scared to go to the gym to be a confident gym user. Sam is knowledgeable and very patient, he really listens and tailors my exercises to suit me.

Especially people who may have low range of mobility or pain due to an injury.Initially, I searched for an exercise physiologist due to a back injury as I was wanting to rehabilitate my injury and get back to the things I love doing quicker. I came across Enhanced Movement on google and gave Sam a call, I didn’t really have any expectations or understand fully how exercise physiology would help, but after Sam took the time on the phone to get to know me, my injury and explain how he could help, I knew this is exactly what I was looking for.Sam is a very gentle and kind person, who really cares about helping you achieve your goals and become pain free. Sam has provided me conservative movements, that are easy for me to complete with my injury and the range of motion can be adjusted, depending on how I am feeling.I have left my session with Sam feeling really good.
